Meet & Greet

When you first come into the clinic, our receptionist will welcome you in, make sure you’re comfortable and have you fill out a quick medical history form.

You’ll then meet your dentist.
He will take you back into the treatment room and listen to your needs.

Oral Health Evaluation

Your dentist will conduct a thorough oral examination of your mouth to see where you stand.

The evaluation will also include digital scans and X-rays to see what’s underneath, and to make a proper diagnosis.

You’ll sit one-on-one with the dentist as he goes over everything he sees from the scans.
You’ll then be given a custom treatment plan. We’ll discuss all of your treatment options, so you’ll know what opportunities are available to you.

You’ll meet Monika, our Treatment Coordinator.

Monika will detail your financing options to show you that veneers are affordable and within your reach.

Finally, the team will answer any of your remaining questions.

Meet Dr Roman Pinkus

Dr Roman Pinkus is Dental Art’s Principal Dentist.

He holds a Bachelor of Dental Health Science, and graduated with a Master of Dentistry in 2014. Since then, he’s also done further training in orthodontics.

This means he can give you a new smile that looks great AND functions well.

To Dr Roman, a great patient experience is just as important as a great dental result.

That’s why he’s created a gentle, caring environment in the clinic… so much so that even the most anxious patients find themselves wanting to come back!

In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, spending time with his kids, and cooking.

Meet Dr Arik Pinhasov

Dr Arik Pinhasov has had a diverse dental background.

His experience ranges from the public sector with Monash Health Dental Services… to providing dental treatments to underprivileged communities in Cambodia.

This means he’ll be able to transform your smile with veneers, no matter your dental situation.

Dr Arik is also very popular among our patients because of his friendly nature.

What does the initial consultation include

You'll find out if you're a suitable candidate for dental veneers, and they will let you know your treatment options. We encourage patients to talk about their concerns and after your Scan and X-Ray, you'll chat with our Treatment Coordinator. Together you'll look at the treatment costs, and discuss our range of payment options.

This includes:

A free Scan (which also includes X-Ray) to spot any underlying dental issues
A comprehensive treatment plan personalised just for you

Once you have had your complimentary consultation, there is no obligation whatsoever to go ahead with dental veneer treatment should you feel it is not the right fit for you. We will discuss all the options that are suitable for your individual needs should you wish to explore different alternatives.

Eligibility to receive this complimentary initial consultation offer

You are required to be one of the first 11 patients to request a phone callback by the end of the month (unless agreed otherwise at the Practice's discretion)

Booking your complimentary consultation

All consultations must be booked prior to attending the clinic. You can fill out the online form and we will call you to arrange a time for your booking. Alternatively, you can call us to arrange a booking using the contact details provided on our website.

If you can't make it to your appointment

If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please let us know by contacting the clinic. We will also send out a confirmation SMS at least 2 days prior to the appointment date. This helps us to schedule in other patients should you not be able to make it.
